- Any kind of pepper can be roasted. Whether it be a bell pepper, poblano or jalapeno pepper, roasting peppers yields a bit of smoky goodness to any dish.
- Don’t have a gas stove? No problem. Simply place the pepper under your oven broiler, on high, and watch closely. Proceed as if you were doing it on your stove top.
- Tip: Never rinse the pepper once it has been roasted. Rinsing the pepper rinses away all of the wonderful smokey flavor.
