I can remember cooking as early as 6 years old when I was caught, by my mother, sneaking into the kitchen to create a recipe that I had dreamt up. From then on, I was allowed to “experiment” in the kitchen as long as my family got to eat the results. I have been cooking for my family and friends for over 20 years.
After graduating from college with a degree in Chemical/Environmental Engineering, I knew that it would only be a matter of time before my passion for cooking would become a full time career. After 4 years in corporate America, I enrolled in culinary school to hone my skills. One year later I started Chef Evelyn, Personal Chef Service.
Now, I am a food video blogger, and aspiring cooking show host. Currently, I also offer my personal chef services in the Dallas/Ft.Worth Metroplex. For a list of services click here.
