Lately I have been fascinated with fruit on bread. Okay, but not in a jelly sort of way. Whether it is apple with brie and prosciutto, or roasted figs with honey, I have been having a moment. This time I had the urge to try something with grapes. I rarely see “grape recipes”. They may be an added ingredient, but rarely do I see them as the focus. So I charged myself, being the chef that I am, to create a tasty nibble that was all about the grape, and nothing but the grape.
I took this dish to my friends (Steph & Jess) for a small BBQ get-together. I think it was a hit!
Just a side note….we determined that this wonderful snack goes great with wine! LOL
