Hey there! I’m Evelyn !
…and I’m passionate about helping women LIVE, COOK, and WORK on their own terms.
Listen, I know what it’s like to not want to work nights, weekends and holidays.
If you are anything like me, you absolutely LOVE what you do, but there is so much more to you and your life than spending all day every day in the kitchen.
After leaving my corporate career behind to go to culinary school, I knew right away that entrepreneurship was going to be the path for me, but I just didn’t know how.
Everything example that I saw, was either running a restaurant (no thanks!), owning a catering company (ummm…..it’s too hot in Texas to be lugging hot boxes around), being a personal chef, or a food blogger. None of those things were really appealing to me.
So after taking job after job I ventured out on my own. I started studying other industries until I found a business model that not only allowed me to work from home, but also allowed me to replace to corporate salary.
Now I’m so excited and delighted to work with women who desire the same in the Chef’s Table Experience.
The Chef’s Table Experience in an intimate group mastermind for women who want to create high-end culinary brands with multiple streams of income and earn money outside of the traditional kitchen.
SOME OF MY FAVS
Get to know me
LOVE TO EAT:
Being a midwest girl (Kansas City, MO), in a southern world (Texas), I love brisket, Tex-Mex, and foods from cultures with lots of spices! (Indian, West African, Caribbean, etc.)
IF I WASN´T A strategist..
I’d probably still be teaching cooking classes. And if I wans’t doing anything related to food, I’d be a makeup influencer, quiet storm dj, or a background dancer. You know…..something simple.
On My Music Playlist
On any given day you will find a mixture of 90’s neo-soul, 70’s R&B classics, early 2000’s hip-hop, gospel and of course The Foreign Exchange!
