If there is one thing that has slowed me down most in my career, it has been this. Perfectionism. Which is really just a fancy form of fear. Fear of judgement. Fear of getting it wrong and making a mistake. Fear of critique. BLAH BLAH BLAH. 🙄⁠

So that's why I choose this photo. It's completely imperfect. Like, for real, where is the top of my head??? 🤣👀🤣⁠

But, guess what? It's here, on your timeline, in all of it's imperfect glory. This is a living, breathing example of the cliche "Done is Better than Perfect".⁠

Perfectionism is a luxury I can no longer afford and neither can you. ⁠
⁠
Be excellent ALWAYS, but let that perfectionism go. It's so bland. It's like food without seasoning. 🤢 Imperfection brings out your personal flavor. And that's what we really want.⁠

To be fair, learning how to charge what you are worth is a journey, a process, if you will. ESPECIALLY in the food space, where being paid low wages has been the norm.⁠

For the record, I completely disagree! Feeding someone, nourishing families, helping them create memories, making their life easier, less stressful and more enjoyable, is EXTREMELY valuable.⁠

Once you fully understand and embrace that, you will have the confidence to charge what you are worth. And once you have the confidence, you need the formula and the strategy to make that happen.⁠
⁠
That's what I teach my clients- How to effortlessly command higher prices and attractive clients who don't negotiate their rates and who don't blink twice at their premium pricing.⁠
