WELCOME

Hey there! I’m Evelyn !

“Eat Out at Home” started before I can remember. For the first 5 years of my life my Mom, my Dad and I went to my Grandmother’s house each and every week for Sunday Dinner.

My first memory of cooking was at 6 years old, and by age 12, I was cooking Thanksgiving dinner for my entire family under the watchful eye of my Grandmother.

At 15, I started my first food business. And while I was in college I would force my friends to eat our meals together at a dining table. While in engineering school I realized that I wanted to turn my passion for food into my profession and started interning at catering companies during the summer, and forgoing my previous fortune 500 internships.

After almost 5 years in engineering, I quit corporate America and followed my passion by enrolling into culinary school. BEST DECISION OF MY LIFE.

At my core, I just enjoy bringing people together, and food is just the medium in which I choose to do it.

I firmly subscribe to the ideas that cooking is self-care. Eating at Home improves, your physical, mental, financial and relational health. Plus it’s just deliciously fun! And who doesn’t enjoy that?

I’d be a luxury makeup influencer, quiet storm dj, or a background dancer. You know…..something simple.
